Experience, knowledge and leadership

To the editor:

The Essex County Clerk’s Office has a diversified set of responsibilities, including land recording, court filing, pistol permits, title research and records keeping. Central to all of these tasks is you, the customer. It is to your benefit that your county clerk is experienced, knowledgeable and a proven leader.

As former employees of the Essex County Clerk’s Office, we write this letter in support of Joseph A. Provoncha for Essex County clerk. We have a combined record of over 90 years serving the residents of Essex County. We spent many of these years working under Joe. We know his exceptional work ethic and commitment to the office. We know he has the experience, the knowledge and the leadership required to be a good county clerk.

You may remember us from when you came to the County Clerk’s Office to record your deed, register your guns or research your property. You will also remember that when you came to the office, Joe was present, working the counter alongside his employees and helping customers in any way he could.

Joe has 27 years’ experience as Essex County clerk. He has gained an unrivaled knowledge of the office. He leads by example. Most of all he loves to come to work and serve you, the people of Essex County. Vote for Joseph Provoncha on Nov. 5. Experience matters!
