Thank you, from Northern Lights School

To the editor:

Northern Lights School would like to say a sincere thank-you to all of the local businesses, community members, friends and family, near and far, who participated in our very successful first annual Online MayFaire Silent Auction fundraiser. We had donations from over 60 businesses/donors, and the bidding was fast and fun! Northern Lights School is a nonprofit organization striving to educate and nurture our community’s young children and their families, and we are grateful to live and serve in such a generous and vibrant community. The funds raised in this benefit auction will help to support the school in many ways — for example: in purchasing classroom supplies and school yard equipment, supporting teacher training and providing tuition assistance to families in need.

Thank you to all of our donors: Adirondack Mountain Club, Adirondack Experience museum, Bitters & Bones, Boden, Bye-Bye Blackfly, Hillcrest and Elm, Curtis Lumber, Dan King of Hammersong Blacksmith, the Dance Sanctuary, the Downhill Grill, Dreadhead Soccer Camp, Angie Gullen of Young Living Essential Oils, Ezra and Audrey Schwartzberg, the Foppert Farm, Adirondack Riverwalking, Goody Goody’s, Green Goat Maps, Green Goddess, Adirondack Hamlets to Huts, Harmony Hills Farmstead, Heaven Hill Maple Syrup, High Peaks Yoga Tree, InsideOut Builders, Iron Valley Equestrian, Hotel Saranac, Human Power Planet Earth, Chef John Vargo of Hudson Valley Seafood Co., Mary Dougherty Photography, Kat Wrublevski LMT of Balanced Bodywork, Lowell Bailey of US Biathlon, Montessori Center of Nyack, Montessori Services/Small Hands, Origin Coffee Co., Palace Theatre, Pendragon Theatre, Pretty Paws Pet Grooming, Adirondac Rafting Co., Raquette River Outfitting, Red Fox Maple, Riverside Pet Supplies, Dr. Roger and Debbie Neill and Tri-Lakes Center for Dentistry, Ron and Beth Edgley, Savvy Boutique, Sacred Sounds, Saranac Inn Golf Club, Kim Holmlund, Scenic Route Artistry, Simply Gourmet, Skida, Starbucks Lake Placid, Jesse Fair, Adirondack Carousel, Adirondack Sky Center in Tupper Lake, Avalon Tree Care, Triple Green Jade Farm, ORDA-Mount Van Hoevenberg, the VIC-Paul Smiths, Village Mercantile, Kathleen Foster of Walottey, Ward Lumber, the Wild Center, WOOM Bikes, the Whiteface Lodge, Melody Thomas Jewelry and the UPS Store Lake Placid.
