Don’t pollute nature with advertising

To the editor:

Spring is in the air, and this is the season when plastic advertising signs begin to pop up like wildflowers — tacked on trees, stuck into the ground, etc., etc.

I wish to advise all companies who choose to promote their business via visiual pollution of this nature that I make a point to NEVER patronize their business.
