Election officials are available to help you with voting in 2024

We will do what we can to help you with the 2024 voting process in preparation for Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 5, and the Essex and Franklin county boards of elections are also available to help.

In our Friday, Oct. 25 issue, we’ll have sample ballots from the Tri-Lakes region. Plus, we’ll have stories on the local contested races, including the 21st Congressional District, Essex County judge, North Elba town justice and Tupper Lake village board.

Meanwhile, we encourage you to read a letter to the editor we published Wednesday from Mary McGowan and Jack Moulton, Essex County Board of Elections commissioners, detailing the voting process and how you can learn more to get ready for Nov. 5 or early voting, which begins on Saturday, Oct. 26. The letter can be read online at https://tinyurl.com/285tnvyf.

And 5 p.m. Oct. 26 is the deadline to register to vote for the election.

Learn more by visiting the Essex County Board of Elections at https://tinyurl.com/2s3w6amm and Franklin County Board of Elections at https://tinyurl.com/khw8676p.

Starting at $4.75/week.
