Many minds seem to be made up

It’s no surprise that most of the people who took our poll last week said they know who they will be voting for in the upcoming presidential election.

Our results mirror other polls and the overall sentiment that there are currently very few undecided voters.

This is an important election, and citizens know it. It’s that large number of people who’ve already made up their minds –and the few undecideds — that Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are looking to attract on Nov. 5. Therefore, we expect voter turnout to be high. Across the 21st Congressional District, more than 70% of active registered voters cast ballots in the 2020 presidential election. We expect more of the same.

Whether you’re red or blue — or somewhere in between — we encourage you to vote this year. It’s easier than ever — with absentee ballots, early voting and in-person voting on Election Day.
