Historic Saranac Lake needs your help identifying the who, what, where, when, and/or why of this photo. This week’s mystery photo is a twofer—these photographs are labeled, but we don’t know much else! The photographs were taken in the 1910s by Eddy Whitby, who came to Saranac Lake for the cure and stayed to become Mayor. The caption identifies this father and son as “big and little,” but the name is difficult to read. Our best guess is “Laurie Jones.” Do you recognize that name, or see a different name altogether?
