Death notice: Hans Schachenmayr

Hans Schachenmayr passed away at his home with his family by his side, Sept. 13, 2025 just prior to his 95th birthday. He was born in Groenbach, Germany, the son of Philipp and Maria (Einsiedler) Schachenmayr. Mr. Schachenmayr was the owner and operator of the Adirondack Inn, Lake Placid, for several years. There are no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
