Therese M. Pauze
Funeral Mass for Therese M. Pauze, age 95, of Tupper Lake will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church. Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery following funeral services. Therese passed away early on the morning of Sept. 23, 2021.
Therese is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Louise (Boucher) Pauze, and her step-brother Armand Derosie. Therese married Joseph Wood on Oct. 22, 1957 at St. Bernard’s Church in Saranac Lake, officiated by Rev. Peter Riani.
Therese was born on Jan. 30, 1926, in Tupper Lake, the daughter of Louis and Louise Pauze. She was valedictorian of her graduating class at Holy Ghost Academy. Therese loved going to church, listening to the rosary, and she also loved dogs very much.
