Pamela Lois Fobare

Born on Feb. 16, 1942 in Saranac Lake, she was the daughter of Lester and Mary Alice (Rice) Reome.

Her first marriage was to John J. Taylor on Feb. 3, 1959. Her second marriage was to Hubert Fobare on July 1, 1989. He predeceased her.

Pamela attended Saranac Lake Central School. She was employed at the Country Side Mobile Home Park in Mooresville, North Carolina, as the manager for several years. She loved playing bingo, reading and Pepsi. She enjoyed watching “NCIS” and “Property Brothers.”

She is survived by three children: John Taylor and his wife Roselyn of Moira, Cathy Ryan of Saranac Lake and Brian Taylor and his wife Kari of Tupper Lake; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; five brothers: Edward, Gary and Robert Reome, and Mark and Michael Moody; two sisters, Jane Reome and Mary Kenny; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Milton and Lester Reome; and a sister, Mona Rivers.

There are no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 14 at St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Saranac Lake.
