Perry L. White
Perry L. White, 68, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and previously of Watertown and Roxbury, New York, died June 20, 2020, of cancer.
Born March 4, 1952, at Margaretville Hospital, Margaretville, New York, he was the son of Douglas L. and Marjory Lovejoy White.
A career newspaperman since 1972, he was known in northern New York for his work at the Watertown Daily Times, where he was hired as swing editor 1996, became state editor in 2002, then city editor in 2006 and then managing editor in 2015, before retiring in October 2018.
There will be no services. He will be cremated and his ashes spread in the Catskills.
