Death notice: Ruth Carley Norton
Word has been received of the death of Ruth Carley Norton, 95, who passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. A Mass of Christian burial is tentatively set to take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14 at St. John’s in the Wilderness Church in Lake Clear, with the Rev. Patrick Ratigan officiating. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. in the church hall prior to the funeral Mass. Burial will follow in Harrietstown Cemetery.
