Eugene Phelps ‘Buddy’ Jacques

He was the son of Shirley Bigelow Anzai and Eugene “Bud” Jacques.

He was predeceased by his parents, stepfather Henry Anzai, and brothers Michael and Claude.

He is survived by his wife Patricia; sons Mark and Bill (Jessica); granddaughters Hailey, Gabby and Kelly; his sister Margaret “Peg” Draper; and many aunts, uncles, neices and nephews and cousins.

He had a love for the game of pool and was very good at it. He owned a billiard hall at the time of his death.

Memorial visitation will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9 at Gibbons Family Funeral Home, 5917 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago.
