Wayne Lacey, 64, formerly of Lake Clear, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Lacey was born Jan. 5, 1955 in Plattsburgh.
Services will be held Sunday, Feb. 24 in Orlando, Florida, with a local service and burial to take place in June.
