Jeannine C. Clark

Jeannine C. Clark, 77, of Tupper Lake, passed on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, surrounded by her family at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.

Jeannine was the daughter of Lawrence “Buck” and Anne Lemieux. She graduated from Tupper Lake High School in 1958.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, George “Bozo” Clark; six children: Tim (Holly) Clark of Tupper Lake, Bill (Jennifer) Clark of Beaufort, South Carolina, Larry (Amanda) Clark of Cranesville, Pennsylvania, Calvin (Jocelyn) of Cohoes, Stacey Clark of Salamanca and Claudine (Chuck) Clark of Tupper Lake; a foster son Joe (Kelly) Farina of Sarasota, Florida; a “6th son” Dave (Gina) Bell of Tupper Lake; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister Claire (Dale) DeCecco of Erie, Pennsylvania; several cousins, nieces, nephews, close friends; and her beloved dog Gizmo.

Besides being a full-time mother of six, Jeannine worked at the A&P, McDonalds and Tupper Lake National Bank. She was a devoted Christian and attended St. Alphonsus Church. More recently she was also a Foster Grandparent.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, at the Stuart-Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Tupper Lake. A Mass of Christian burial is scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19 at the St. Alphonsus Church in Tupper Lake with burial immediately following in the parish cemetery. Please join the family in celebrating Jeannine’s life at the VFW following the services.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice or the Tupper Lake Volunteer Rescue Squad.
