Eileen C. McLaughlin

She was the wife of Dan McLaughlin. She was born in Philadelphia on April 14, 1946, the daughter of John and Helen (Hegarty) Claypoule. She moved to Lenhardville, Pa. and attended Kutztown High School.

After her marriage, she lived in Lehighton, Pa. for 32 years. She moved to Long Lake in 2009.

During her life she worked at Hamburg Center, did private duty nursing and worked part time for the Lehighton School District as a teacher’s aide.

Eileen loved the Adirondacks, spending her last years there.

She is survived by her husband, Dan, five brothers and one sister.

She was predeceased in 1981 by her son Heath.

The family will announce times for memorial services at a later date.
