SARANAC LAKE — The village Department of Public Works will begin flushing hydrants on Tuesday, Nov. 1, in the Park Avenue area.

On Wednesday, Nov. 5, flushing will happen in the River Street and Helen Hill area. On Thursday, Nov. 6, flushing will happen in the Lake Street area.

Flushing will take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The village asks residents or businesses who experience dirty or discolored water to let their water taps run for approximately 15 minutes. Questions or concerns can be directed to 518-891-4160.
