North Hudson man charged with child sexual abuse
NORTH HUDSON — A North Hudson man has been charged with sexually abusing a child under 11 years old, as well as with possessing several high-capacity ammunition feeding devices, according to New York State Police.
Arnold J. Ross, 63, was charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and six counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, also felonies, on Oct. 17.
Police said he was arraigned in Elizabethtown Town Court and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, $100,000 bond or $200,000 partially secured bond.
