Fish and game club sponsors summer camp attendance

Nomination forms due Feb. 5

SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Fish and Game Club recently announced that it will sponsor up to three children to attend a state Department of Environmental Conservation camp this summer.

The DEC Summer Camps program offers week-long adventures in conservation education for children ages 11 to 17. The cost for each person selected will be paid by the club.

DEC operates four residential camps for children:

¯ Camp Colby in Saranac Lake (Franklin County)

¯ Camp DeBruce in Livingston Manor (Sullivan County)

¯ Camp Rushford in Caneadea (Allegany County)

¯ Pack Forest in Warrensburg (Warren County).
