SLHS Class of ’84 to reunite
SARANAC LAKE — It’s been 40 years since the Class of 1984 walked the halls of Saranac Lake High School. To celebrate this milestone, the class is hosting a special reunion Aug. 2-4.
Early registration ($50 per person) is encouraged to help with planning and to ensure classmates receive their special commemorative T-shirt. Plans include (but subject to change):

Friday, Aug. 2

¯ 4 p.m. — Happy hour at Fogarty’s Marina (260 Lake Flower Ave.)
¯ 7 p.m. — ’84 takeover at The Garagery (53 Main St.)

Saturday, Aug. 3
–
¯ Daytime activities to include golf, pickleball, lake fun, etc.
¯ 6 p.m. — The main event: “Rough, Tough and Ready for More: Class of ’84 Celebration” at the Elk’s Club (30 Bloomingdale Ave.)

Sunday, Aug. 4
–
¯ Lake fun — boating, swimming, etc.
While classmates can register at anytime, to get the T-shirt, registrations are due by Sunday, July 14.
“Don’t miss out on this opportunity to reconnect with classmates and celebrate 40 years together,” the organizers wrote in a news release. “Who knows when/if there will be another reunion!”
