SARANAC LAKE — NorthWind Fine Arts will kick off the summer season with its July featured artist’s exhibit “All Aglow,” showcasing the work of fused glass artist Angela Nephew and painter Susan Whiteman.
The gallery is open daily, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., closed Wednesdays.
“All Aglow” will feature new, original work from both artists. Nephew incorporates skilled techniques into her stunning glass pieces, some of which are beautiful in their simplicity, while others are a marvel of intricate patterns that beg the question, “How did she do that?”
Whiteman is known for her uniquely interpretive style and dramatic skies in her Adirondack and Hudson Valley landscapes. She has a series of new, large “over the fireplace” pieces, as well as a collection of new, more intimate paintings.
NorthWind Fine Arts is located at 85 Main St. in Saranac Lake.
