Gaye O’Neil boxes up a sandwich inside her Mountain Munchies food truck in Bloomingdale on Thursday. O’Neil and her husband ran Gaga’s Bar in Bloomingdale for years. She retired from a state job recently and wanted to do something to fill the extra time.
