SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Volunteer Fire Department held its annual elections on Tuesday and selected its officers for 2023-24.

The department offered its congratulations to the new officers:

— Chief Brendan Keough

— First Assistant Chief Michael Knapp

— Second Assistant Chief Dominic Fontana

— First Captain Andrea Boon

— Second Captain Andrew Wright

— First Lieutenant Daryl Brier

— Second Lieutenant Nate Jones

— Director (two year term), Tim Donaldson was elected to a new two year term.

— Director (two year term), Jim Stinson is completing year two of a two year term.
