Will Rogers club heads to Paul Smith’s VIC

SARANAC LAKE ­–The Will Rogers Senior Outing Club’s January event will be a trip to the Paul Smith’s Visitor Interpretive Center on Tuesday, Jan. 31, where attendees will have the opportunity to take a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride for $20 per person, an easy snowshoe walk for $10 per person, and have a picnic or bag lunch inside the VIC’s Frank M. Hutchins Lodge.

The Saranac Village at Will Rogers Senior Outing Club is open to all seniors (55) interested in venturing out for moderate activity at various locations around the area. Activities are held on the last Tuesday of the month. The club’s mission is to “offer seniors the chance to enjoy outdoor adventures with companionship, safety and fun.”

This program is open to the public. Departure from Will Rogers will be at 10 a.m. We will have a picnic lunch available for $7, or bring a bag lunch instead.
