APA to discuss former Cell Science Center

RAY BROOK — At the Adirondack Park Agency’s monthly meeting on Thursday, April 15 and Friday, April 16, the board will consider approving a proposed 5-megawatt solar generating facility in Ticonderoga, and the re-development of the former W. Alton Jones Cell Science Center property in North Elba into 355 residential units.

These two topics will be discussed at 1:15 p.m. Thursday.

At 3:15 p.m. the board will consider a proposed map amendment to the Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map involving private lands in the Town of Lake Luzerne.

The board will discuss a state Land Master Plan conformance for a proposed amendment to the Hinckley Reservoir Campground Unit Management Plan at 10 a.m. Friday.
