Sweeney said he remembers back in the 1980s, when they were kids, the Ice Palace often had an ice slide. “That’s when I introduced them to luge,” he said. “It was so cold you stuck to it.” He said Emily is currently in Europe preparing for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.
