SARANAC LAKE — The Saranac Lake Middle School — grades six through eight — will be learning remotely through the rest of the week, starting today, according to a robocall from Superintendent Diane Fox on Sunday night.

Fox said after two members of the middle school community tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend, leading to quarantines, it does not have enough staff to continue. The school will be remote Monday through Friday.
