Big Little Show returns to Gallery @ LPCA

LAKE PLACID — The Lake Placid Center for the Arts invites the community to visit The Big Little Show at the Gallery @ LPCA, 17 Algonquin Drive, Lake Placid, on display from Dec. 3 through 19.

Gallery hours are 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Admission is free. There will be no opening reception, to ensure public safety amid the rising risks of COVID-19.

The show features the work of more than 40 artists, making it the biggest show of small-scale works in the region. Each artist was invited to submit works sized 144 square inches or less. Past years have shown a range of approaches, demonstrating how many different ways there are to explore a small space through artistic expressions in all kinds of media.

LPCA began hosting The Big Little Show in 2011 and has sold more than 400 individual pieces of art through this holiday exhibit over the years.
