Scott Schulz of Lake Placid works at Fogarty’s Lake Flower Marina on Lake Flower Avenue in Saranac Lake. Anytime they need to bring a repaired boat to the water to test it out, they need to tow it across the busy road. Schulz said it is difficult to find gaps in the traffic. He said they may bring 15 to 20 boats across the road in a day, which takes around five minutes of waiting.
