LAKE PLACID — The SUNY Canton Small Business Development Center, NBT Bank, CITEC, Adirondack Economic Development Corporation, WDI and Adirondack North Country Association are co-hosting a workshop called “Get Strategic in 2020!”

During this 90-minute presentation, guest speaker John Zielinski, executive director of CITEC, will explain how the strategic planning process can help establish a clear direction and goals for a small business. Participants will also learn about a new collaborative work group for small business owners interested in meeting on a quarterly basis to explore new methods for business growth.

The workshop will be held on Monday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Lake Placid Conference Center, 2608 Main St.
