SARANAC LAKE — Two encore presentations of the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival slideshow will be held at Saranac Village at Will Rogers Wednesday at 2 and 7:30 p.m.

The slideshow will feature photos taken by Mark Kurtz, official photographer of the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival. This was his last year in that role.

Kurtz’s photography gallery, located at 52 Main St., features photographs from the Adirondacks, the coast of Maine, the deserts of the Southwest and many other areas. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Alfred University and has taught photography in high school, college and in workshops. He is a founding member of the Adirondack Artists Guild.
