VERMONTVILLE — The Franklin County Highway Department will again close off a 3-mile section of Franklin County Route 60 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday to replace a road-crossing pipe.

The closure will stretch from the intersection of state Route 3 west for around 3 miles, toward Onchiota.
