Transitions Emporium opens — Tupper Lake has another new business. Jessica Locke has opened Transitions Emporium at 33 Depot St., nestled between Fortune Hardware and the Woodsmen's Tavern. It's an art gallery with handmade merchandise, home decor with many unique items. She also welcomes custom orders.
