A debate between the three candidates to represent New York’s 21st Congressional District will be aired at 7 p.m. today on Time Warner Cable News.

Incumbent Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik of Willsboro, Democrat Mike Derrick of Peru and the Green Party’s Matt Funiciello of Glens Falls will discuss the issues earlier today at the Time Warner Cable News studio in Albany, where the debate will be recorded for broadcast tonight.

Time Warner Cable News is Channel 20 on Time Warner Cable in the Tri-Lakes area.

The 21st District spans northern New York. Stefanik is finishing her first two-year term in the House of Representatives.

Two more debates are planned between Derrick, Funiciello and Stefanik: Oct. 17 at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury and Oct. 24 on Mountain Lakes PBS.
