SARANAC LAKE — Colleges and universities across the state and country named thousands of students to their spring 2025 Dean’s, President’s and Provost’s Lists. To qualify for these lists, students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.

SUNY Cortland students Karlie Goetz of Bloomingdale and Sydney Leeret of Lake Clear, both majoring in physical education K-12, and Phoebe Peer of Saranac Lake, majoring in inclusive education childhood, were named to the Dean’s List.

University at Albany students Sabine Denkenberger of Lake Clear, Avry Lavallee of Jay, Charlotte Mintz of Jay and Grace Mitchell of Tupper Lake were named to the Dean’s List.

Fairfield University student Grace Ericson of Lake Placid, was named to the Dean’s List in Charleston, South Carolina.

Hudson Valley Community College student Angela Howard of Saranac Lake, who is studying in the Individual Studies academic program, was named to the President’s List in Troy.

Austin Scheine of Lake Placid was named to the College of Charleston Dean’s List. Scheine is majoring in Political Science.

Logyn Sousa-Thompson of Saranac Lake was one of more than 280 SUNY Oneonta students to earn Provost’s List honors for the spring 2025 semester.

Megan Quinn from Keene was named to the 2025 Dean’s List Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) majoring in Biomedical Engineering.

Vermont State University named Owen Whitman, of Tupper Lake, to the Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester and Ceilidh Cheeseman of Wilmington to the President’s List.

SUNY GCC Genesee Community College recently named 241 students to the Provost’s List. Cited was Mason Patterson of Lake Placid.

The University at Buffalo’s recently named its 2025 Dean’s List. Cited were: Lauren Hai of Newcomb, Tristan Spotts of Lake Placid and Kaydence Trumble of Brushton.

Jacob Stradley of Tupper Lake made the Dean’s List at Russell Sage College for the spring 2025 semester.

SUNY New Paltz has announced its Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester. Cited were: Hali Cook of Keene Valley, Aiden Hesseltine of Saranac Lakeand Sarah Sheridan of Lake Placid.
