Local students named to St. Lawrence University Dean’s List

CANTON — The following students have been selected for inclusion on St. Lawrence University’s Dean’s List for their academic achievements during the fall 2020 semester.

¯ Alexa Barile is a member of the Class of 2021 and is majoring in psychology and art and art history. Barile is from Lake Placid and attended Northwood School.

¯ Eliza Cowan is a member of the Class of 2021 and is majoring in biology. Cowan is from Gabriels and attended Saranac Lake High School.

¯ Joseph Larabie is a member of the Class of 2023 and is majoring in English and performance and communication arts. Larabie is from Saranac Lake and attended Saranac Lake High School.

¯ Benjamin Munn is a member of the Class of 2024. Munn is from Bloomingdale and attended Saranac Lake High School.

¯ Haille Perkins is a member of the Class of 2022 and is majoring in physics and computer science. Perkins is from Keeseville and attended AuSable Valley Central School.

¯ Elise Pierson is a member of the Class of 2024. Pierson is from Wilmington and attended Lake Placid Central School.

Local students make Dean’s List at SUNY Delhi

DELHI — SUNY Delhi announces its Dean’s List for the fall 2020 semester, a recognition of academic achievement for students who enrolled in six or more credits and earned a 3.5 or higher grade-point average for the semester.

Local students named to the list are as follows.

¯ Justin Stosiek of Lake Placid, pursuing a degree in mechatronics technology.

¯ Lydia Ducharme of AuSable Forks, pursuing a degree in nursing.

¯ John Bouck of Tupper Lake, pursuing a degree in welding technology.
