Wagle holed a rescue club from 170 yards for an improbable eagle 2 on the Whiteface Club’s par 4, dogleg left 15th hole. The hole measures 356 yards but plays much longer as it climbs steadily from tee to green. Wagle did not see the ball fall in the cup, however, it was seen rolling past the flag, went up a transition, and then trundled back toward the hole before disappearing from view. To punctuate his efforts, Wagle stepped onto the 16th hole, another par 4, and promptly drained a 10-footer for birdie. (Provided photo)
