OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg’s state-ranked football team rolled to a 53-0 victory over Tupper Lake Friday in Section X action.

The loss dropped the Lumberjacks to 0-6 while the Blue Devils improved to 6-1.

Ogdensburg surged out to a 32-0 lead at halftime and added three more touchdowns after intermission.

Brennen McComber led the Lumberjacks in rushing with 26 yards on 10 attempts. Sklyer Pickering added 20 yards on nine carries in the setback.

Six running backs piled up 271 rushing yards for the Blue Devils. Tupper Lake will find out what teams it will be playing during the next two weeks of the season prior to its Class D playoff matchup.
