Kyle Dora, left, and Devin Darrah, both 2012 Saranac Lake High School graduates, each completed their post-graduate year at National Sports Academy last year and are taking their hockey skills to the next level. Darrah, who was named NSA’s offensive player of the year after racking up 31 goals and 14 assists, is currently playing for the Seguin Huskies Junior A team in Seguin, Ontario. The Huskies’ season-opener is Saturday, Sept. 14. Dora, NSA’s defensive player of the year, plans to play for SUNY Canton this year. Darrah and Dora were part of the 2012 Red Storm hockey team that went to the New York State final four in Utica before losing to Oswego.
