March 12, 2013
Adirondack Daily Enterprise
Village of Saranac Lake Mayor Clyde Rabideau, right, and Trustee Paul Van Cott, center, sample beers at Blue Line Brewery in Saranac Lake, owned by Mark Gillis, left, following Monday night’s village board meeting. Board members were there to pick what will become the official beer for the Saranac Lake 6er hiking program. After sampling four different brews, the mayor and trustees settled on Pisgah Pale Ale, which Gillis plans to bottle in one-gallon growlers that will feature the 6er logo.
