It’s discouraging to read how Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration quietly hired a Rochester-area headhunter this spring to lure the “best and brightest” for state government....

Shameful! Doesn't the state have a human resources department? I'm sure there is way more to this contract than meets the eye. This is politics as usual. Sadly, taxpayer money is used to pay back favors. I'm sure a good chunk of that $20 million will make it into election campaigns for democrats. This happens on both sides and elected officials get away with it because they divide us, pit us against each other. The irony is that this kind of wasteful spending/payback affects everyone the same.
