Get ready. Get set. Mark you calendars. The annual Elmore SPCA Easter raffle event started on Feb. 20. Multiple drawings will be done on March 31.

This is a unique raffle that provides support to the shelter and provides for the needs of the animals. At the same time participants have an opportunity to win great prizes. All the cats and dogs are crossing their paws in opes of another successful raffle event.

This year raffle tickets may be obtained in person at the following locations: Devin’s Deli in Jay, McLean’s Diner in Keeseville and Zachary’s Pizza in Plattsburgh. Like last year, the raffle may be entered by mail. Entry is super-easy. For each $5 donation, eight raffle chances will be entered for you.

Make check payable to “Elmore SPCA.” Include your telephone number. All winners will be notified by phone. Mailing must be sent to V. Trombley, 12 Rolling Mill Hill, AuSable Forks, NY 12912. Mail enry is only available through the above address and is not offered through Pay Pal.

Last year over $4,000 was provided to Elmore SPCA. Last year’s winners were Michelle Loughran, Rick Nolan, Jennifer Drollette, Deanna Kneussle, Kalen Straight, Ray Hawksby, Kathleen Wiley and Gary Dreiblatt. This year you could be a winner.
