The other day I received an email from Dr. Michael Greger. I get weekly emails from him on various topics. One email is short blog articles and the other is five-minute video lectures on various topics.

Well, the other day I received from him a 57-minute lecture he did 10 years ago titled “Pandemics: History and Prevention.” In this lecture Dr. Greger gives us a history lesson. He starts out with how we got diseases such as measles, and then brings us up quickly as to how we get pandemics. It’s a history lesson that will shock and inform you! EVERYONE READING THIS NEEDS TO VIEW THIS FREE LECTURE. 

Also on April 8 he is doing a webinar titled “How to Survive a Pandemic.” For those who don’t know he is the author of two bestselling books titled “How Not to Die” and “How Not to Diet.” He has a website where everything there is free.

If you want to want to watch the history lesson, go to the search bar and type in “pandemics: history and prevention.” And if you want to register for the webinar, you can do so at his site as well. Dr. Greger doesn’t charge for what he does, but when I received an invitation he was “suggesting” a donation of $15 so he could keep providing free resources. His webinar will be available after April 8, if I remember right, for FREE VIEWING.
