Stefanik’s facade
To the editor:
Mr. Tingley’s column from Dec. 16 regarding Rep. Elise Stefanik shatters the facade that Ms. Stefanik is a moderate Republican. One wonders whether she ever was. For the moment we voters of the North Country can only watch in horror at her antics in Washington. Fortunately there is a solution for this problem. In November 2020 we can and will replace her with someone who cares about our issues (e.g. health care, climate change) and who will defend the Constitution. Good riddance, Elise!
