To the editor:

A person in authority who will consciously mislead another is looking down on the victim taking unfair advantage by exploiting their differences in education or background. Taking advantage of others like this is wrong and immoral.

An Ivy League graduate misleading others in this fashion are placing themselves on a pedestal. They are the snobs, and their actions are reprehensible. They need to be called out. For a congresswoman to spew obvious lies manufactured by a serial liar, purposely misleading her constituents, is beyond the pale.

This is despicable, yet that is what your representative is doing to the citizens of the North Country, assuming she is smarter than them. People like Donald Trump and his lackeys are the real snobs by knowingly placing themselves above regular folks, then cynically claiming those who reveal their elitist game are the wrongdoers.

Please don’t fall for this trick.
