Support Lindy Ellis, a strong voice in Malone

To the editor:

When I think of people who go the extra mile for their community, I think of Lindy Ellis.

Lindy is active in the community to make it better for all. She has been Franklin County legislator for the towns of Franklin and Harrietstown since June 2018. Her active voice in the community has helped build and support the skatepark, revitalize local parks, and advocate to maintain the Adirondack Regional Airport. The strength of Lindy’s voice comes from her ability to listen and build connections. When you sit with Lindy at a meeting, you are respected and heard. Lindy’s ability to lead and connect by bringing community input to the table has lead to accelerated countywide economic development, secured grants to improve local business and downtowns, and made sure that county Route 55 (Bloomingdale Road) and Old Lake Colby Road (behind Adirondack Health) are on the Franklin County repair schedule.

Lindy Ellis is a hard working North Country advocate who brings a positive voice to get the job done.
