To the editor:

I read in the Malone paper they are closing Valehaven Home for Adults. That was one place I went every year to bring each of them a Christmas gift. Each one got a calendar for their room. They all were so glad to see me every Christmas. I’ve been going down for 25 years.

I am going to miss them all. Where will they all go? A lot of them don’t want to go to a nursing home. They were all happy there.

What will they do next to hurt another person? The world needs a big prayer. Our world is a big mess. Please help one another. We all need each other.

I remember when I was 8 years old. A lady took me away from my mom and dad because we were very poor. I never saw them again. Who are they going to hurt next? My Jesus got me through this. I know I will see them again when I die.

Please bring peace on earth. God bless you all.
