Please don’t forget, if you are a registered voter in the town of Franklin, there will be a special election on Aug. 15, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Franklin Town Hall in Vermontville to vote on whether or not the town should bond for up to $700,000 for the construction of the Community Center. Please vote.
