To the editor:

It is the time of our fabulous Winter Carnival. There are so many volunteers behind the scenes who donate generously to make it work, and the people who helped this year’s royal pages are no different.

We would like to thank Pendragon Theatre, particularly Leslie Dame and Kent Streed, and Miss Mandi and Miss Vanessa at the Dance Sanctuary for allowing us to practice in their spaces. Our choreographers, Leah DeTar and Sadie Posdzich, gave of their time freely to teach us our oh-so-fun “Wild Thing” dance. Many thanks to the Adirondack Motel for treating the pages to the Royalty Dinner. And our “Adirondack Wildlife” hats by Sherry Knapp are perfect. Thanks to Women’s Civic Chamber for letting us rehearse the Coronation so we were comfortable on the stage. Many thanks to our parents for putting up with our busyness during this time!

The 2017 Winter Carnival is one we will never forget; thanks to all those who helped make us part of the royal family!
