William Patrick Dixon

William Patrick Dixon, born Dec. 29, 1965, son of Richard N. Dixon and Georgia D. Dixon, passed away on Sept. 5, 2020, after a long pancreatic illness.

Billy grew up in Littleton, New Hampshire, attending Lakeway Elementary School, and spent his summers and high school years in St. Huberts, New York, graduating from Keene Central School in 1984.

Bill, aka Bucky, worked for many years in the hospitality industry at the Ausable Club in St. Huberts, the Anglers Club in Key Largo, Florida, and the Breton Arms in New Hampshire.

He had a very kind heart and liked to help people. Bill loved skiing, golfing, fishing, car racing and walking the dog, Jazzy. He was a member of the Littleton VFW Auxiliary.

Bill is predeceased by his mother Georgia D. Dixon of Littleton. He leaves behind his father Richard N. Dixon of Palmetto, Florida; grandfather George E. McAvoy of Littleton; aunt Suzanne McAvoy Hopgood of HArtford, Connecticut; brother David G. Dixon of Lincoln, New Hampshire; sisters Linda A. LaBarge of Keene, New York, and Cheryl McAfee of Ellsworth, New Hampshire; nieces Lindsay LaBarge of Queensbury and Kate McAfee of Portland, Maine; nephew Ryan McAfee of Ellsworth, New Hampshire; grandnephew Tripp Fernandez of Queensbury; family friend and mentor Stanley Parker III; and lifelong angel and family friend Eleonore Imrie of Lincoln, New Hampshire.

Due to the COVID virus, a private family service will be held at a later time.
