Mae Julia Palumbo
Mae Julia Palumbo, 94, of Lake Placid passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid.
Mrs. Palumbo was born May 1, 1925, in Plattsburgh. She is the daughter of Joseph and Julia (Lesperance) Cartier.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, Jan. 27 from 1 to 2 p.m. with a rosary service officiated by Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Dr. Tom Dooley at 2 p.m. at the M.B. Clark Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 27 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Saranac Avenue, Lake Placid, with the Rev. John Yonkovig officiating. Cremation will follow. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Lake Placid in spring.
